Pathfinders are a specialist transport provider delivering safe, reliable, and compassionate home-to-school transport for children and young people with additional needs.
Every journey we provide is carefully planned and delivered with one goal in mind: helping children travel calmly, comfortably, and with dignity. All while giving families complete peace of mind.
We work in close partnership with local authorities, schools, and families to ensure each service is consistent, dependable, and built around the individual needs of the child.

Our Approach
Consistency is essential for children with additional needs. Wherever possible, drivers and passenger assistants are permanently assigned to the same routes, allowing children to build familiarity and trust over time.
When temporary cover is unavoidable, changes are carefully managed. Relief staff are introduced in advance, supported by familiar team members, and introduced in safe, familiar environments such as school grounds.
